Here we are providing the information about state insurance and provident fund of employee of Rajesthan. The
state insurance and provident fund department was started with only 8000
employees in 1943. Now the department entered into general insurance business
to provide coverage to the property of State Government departments, Statutory
Bodies and Registered Institutions etc against Fire, Motor, Marine &
Miscellaneous risks. Some main function of the department are: Insurance
scheme was made compulsory for all the State Government employees, The GPF
scheme, General insurance business, Group Personnel Accident Insurance Scheme, Student
Safety Accidental Insurance Scheme, New pension scheme, Raj Mediclaim Scheme,
Now Insurance scheme is also extended to the employees of Zila Parishads and
Panchayat Samities also.
